Hello Reader and Family, The 2026 World Tang Soo Do World Championship is approaching, and we are beginning our planning for team participation, travel coordination, and school representation. To do this properly, we need every family to confirm whether their child will be attending. This includes Demo Team members, non-Demo Team students, and families who are still undecided. We are collecting this information to accurately plan our school headcount, Demo Team formations, and training and choreography schedules. Please take a moment to complete the short form below: 👉 Click here to submit your response: All families must submit this form by Friday, January 16 so planning can move forward without delays. If you’d like a glimpse of what major karate championships in Chicago look like, here is a short video. This is not a World Tang Soo Do Championship video, but it gives a good sense of the level, energy, and excitement of high-level international tournaments. Our students are preparing to be part of that kind of world-class experience. This is not a commitment request—it is a planning confirmation request to ensure we can prepare correctly and fairly for everyone involved. Thank you for helping us keep Starworld organized and prepared as we head toward this major international event. Tang Soo! Master Williamson |

Dear Reader and family, I want to take a moment to share two fundraisers we currently have underway, as well as a volunteer opportunity with our nonprofit. These efforts reflect what we try to teach our students every day—giving back, helping others, and doing the right thing when we’re able. Please know there’s no pressure to do everything. Any level of support, time, donations, or simply spreading the word is appreciated. 🌍 Fundraiser #1: Helping a Student from Africa Compete in the U.S. We...
