Tonight/Saturday: Parent Night Out – Glow Battle Night If your child would like to join us tonight, you can still register here before spots fill: Next Weekend: Free Community Self-Defense Workshop (Women & Teen Girls) There’s no sparring, no intimidation, and no martial arts experience required. The focus is on awareness, calm decision-making, and simple, effective skills you can use immediately in real-life situations. If possible, bring a friend so you have a partner. If not, no problem, we’ll have Black Belts assisting throughout the workshop. This is about confidence, preparation, and peace of mind.
