Dear Reader and Family, We have exciting news as we prepare for our Year-End Belt Test & Graduation Ceremony this Saturday, December 13th. This event is always a major milestone for our students — but this year, it includes a rare honor for our dojang and our community. Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo will be attending our ceremony!The Honorable Mayor Pizzillo is joining us to recognize the achievements of our students and support the positive youth development happening here at Starworld. Most importantly, Mayor Pizzillo will assist in congratulating the new Black Belts during their promotion ceremony, a moment that these students and their families will remember for years to come. And immediately following the Black Belt Promotions, there will be time for pictures with the Mayor. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to capture a proud, once-in-a-lifetime moment.
