1. A Huge Thank You to Our Parents

Whether you want to jump on the mat next to your child in the Family Class or train with other adults in our Adult Self-Defense Program, we’d love to have you involved. You’re part of this team just as much as your kids.

2. This Saturday: Merchandise Pre-Sale

We’re holding a special merchandise holiday, aka Black Saturday pre-sale, this Saturday — and yes, this includes items from our storage area.

Expect great finds on:

• Uniforms
• Gear
• Equipment
• Starworld-branded items

It’s a simple way to support the school, pick up some fresh gear, and make sure your child has what they need going into the new year.

3. Six-Month Parent Enrollment Special

When you purchase our $60 karate uniform, you unlock our Six-Month Enrollment Special.

A few key points:

• The sooner you enroll, the more value you receive.
• Train as a family in the Family Class or join the Adult-Only class — your choice.

4. Gratitude — Our Word of the Week

Gratitude has been front and center this week, and it’s been great to see students talking about what they’re thankful for.

Last Belt Test of the Year — December 13

8:30 – 9:45 am → Youth Testing

9:45 – 10:00 am → Demo Performances

10:00 AM Black Belt Promotion Ceremony

10:15 – 11:10 am → Tigers & Dragons Testing

11:10 – 11:50 am → Adult Testing

Location: St. John Paul Catholic High School Gym

Saturday, December 13 — Christmas in the Park (Litchfield Park)

• Parade starts at 9:00 a.m.
• We’ll have a booth and march proudly — this is always a great community event.

Thursday, December 11 — Rancho Santa Fe Elementary School

• We’ll be at their event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Rancho Santa Fe Elementary School is an A+ public school in the Litchfield Elementary District.

Tuesday, December 17 — The Refinery Church

• We’ll be supporting their Christmas Celebration for seniors and adults.

Let’s make this a strong showing all around.

6. Bring a Friend Anytime

Every event we attend — the parade, Veterans Day Run, Rancho Santa Fe, or The Refinery Church — is a great opportunity to bring a friend to visit our booth and learn more about what we do. Sometimes that simple introduction is all a family needs to start their own martial arts journey.
